Acceptance of Terms

Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these ToS. You are prohibited from engaging in any activities that include, but are not limited to:

Hacking, transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code;

Violations

Termination

The Platform and all services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Platform. You use the Platform at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capsll Life Story Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount you paid us for services in the past six months.

The Platform may include links to third-party websites or content. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of those sites is at your own risk.

Refunds Policy

Refund Eligibility

We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with our services. Refunds may be issued for our digital services within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

The service was not delivered as described;
You provide a valid reason for requesting a refund;
The refund request is made within the specified refund period.

Requesting a Refund

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted for:

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. Any disputes arising from or relating to these ToS shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Delaware. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the resolution of any disputes.
